PhD Source provides educational content, career resources, coaching services, digital products, and related materials designed for PhD students, postdoctoral researchers, and early-career professionals. Our services include but are not limited to articles, downloadable resources, online courses, planners, books, and 1-on-1 coaching sessions.

All content on phdsource.com — including text, graphics, logos, images, downloads, and software — is the property of PhD Source or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without prior written consent from PhD Source.

4. User Conduct

• Reproduce, duplicate, or resell any part of the Service without express permission

5. Coaching Services

Coaching sessions are educational in nature and do not constitute professional career counseling, therapy, or legal advice. PhD Source and its coaches are not licensed career counselors or therapists. Results from coaching vary and are not guaranteed. Coaching fees are non-refundable once a session has been completed. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund.

6. Digital Products & Purchases

Digital products (including downloadable toolkits, templates, and guides) are delivered electronically. Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final unless otherwise stated. Physical products (books, planners) purchased through third-party retailers (Amazon, Wiley) are subject to those retailers' return policies.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. PhD Source does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We do not guarantee any specific career outcomes, job placements, or academic results from the use of our products or services.
